Excellent service and professionalism Dec 4, 2024

DaCosta Plumbing & Draining installed PVC piping in my home in 2023. Shortly after the service, I noticed a small amount of leakage. I thought it might be due to the caulking settling, so I planned to call a technician to inspect the work. Unfortunately, due to work commitments, I had to travel out of town. Upon my return, I called DaCosta Plumbing & Draining to address the leakage. They were able to schedule an appointment for me two days later, which was very convenient. On the day of the appointment, a technician informed me that my warranty had expired. I explained my situation to the technician, and they surprisingly agreed to still honor my appointment. Mike and Kevin, the technicians, arrived promptly and were able to fix the leakage. I mentioned that I had family coming over next week and asked if they could also take a look at a similar issue in my kitchen. They were able to resolve both issues within two hours and extended my warranty for another year. I want to express my gratitude to DaCosta Plumbing & Draining and their technicians for their professionalism, honesty, and willingness to honor my request. They truly stand behind their work and provide excellent service. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.
